What is Covered?
These Terms and Conditions Cover the Payment, Dispatch, Pricing, Delivery, and Buying Agreement.
Buying Agreement
All the transactions completed on the Maaab Limited website are covered by these Terms and Conditions. Once the order is placed on our website these Terms and Conditions are applied to that transaction. It is requested to all customers that before placing the order with us the Buyer should go through these Terms and Conditions as we adhere these Terms and Conditions throughout the Transaction process. We also own the rights to make any change to the existing Terms and Condition or add a new Policy to facilitate our valued Customers and Business.
One Should be of Age 13 or Over to have his/her own debit or credit card to place an order on our website. Anyone placing an order through someone else credit/debit or any other electronic card must have the consent of the cardholder i.e. Parents, Guardians, Partner, Caretaker. All the payments made either through Cards or an Electronic/Bank transfer must reach us before the dispatch of the order. Any pending payments will not result in the order dispatch and may result in delays. For the Bank transfers the customer should send us the payment proof to our email address [email protected]. So that we can dispatch the order quickly. Once the payment of the goods being purchased from the Maaab’s website is complete the ownership of those goods will be transferred to the Buyer. In case the payment is incomplete or partial payment is made the ownership of those goods remains the Ownership of Maaab Limited. Any item/goods purchased from the Maaab Limited website for a resale purpose should be sold normally as per the reseller terms and conditions and framework of the Business. Unpaid goods remain the property of Maaab Limited and should not be damaged, obscured, or defaced. For the payments made through Bank transfer, the buyer must send a payment confirmation proof through email if not received there will be a delay in dispatch.
We aim to dispatch the orders the same day if place before midday. Any order received after midday will be dispatched the following working day. Any order paid with premium shipping will be dispatched accordingly. In case of unforeseen circumstances i.e. Covid restrictions, Strikes, Lockdown may affect the normal dispatch and delivery time. Delivery is subject to the address mentioned at the time of checkout by the customer. If the address is different where the order needs to be dispatched it should be mentioned by the buyer at the time of checkout in the section “ Deliver at alternate address”. In case the buyer forgets to mention the actual delivery address the company is not liable for any loss may incur due to delivery at the mentioned address by the customer.
We use different delivery couriers including DPD LOCAL, Hermes, and Yodel. The normal delivery time starts from 9 am to 5 pm. However, sometimes the delivery courier may deliver the parcel after 5 pm depending on the local and ongoing circumstances. As we use a fully tracked service and real-time notifications are sent to the buyer’s respective email address or UK Valid mobile number any changes to the delivery time shall be updated. All the dispatches are based on the transaction completion time and day. Any transaction completed late due to the payment issues.
